Duane brings nearly thirty years of diverse leadership experience to the NHRC, including the leadership of business teams, community non-profits and Christian ministries in the U.S. and abroad. He has a passion for community service and has served as executive director since December of 2010. During this time he has sought to improve member services, strengthen community alignments and advance the strategic goals of the organization. His fitness experience includes coaching college, middle school and grammar school athletes. He played varsity football at the University of Pennsylvania and was a member of three Ivy League Championship teams.

 During his free time, Duane enjoys outdoor recreation, writing and family time with his wife Ginny and their three children.

Brent obtained his BS in Recreation and Leisure Services Management from East Stroudsburg University in 1996 and has been in the fitness arena ever since. Upon graduation, he obtained his Personal Training certification and currently holds certifications in nutrition, group fitness and group cycling.  Throughout his years as a personal trainer, Brent has helped to educate hundreds of people in the realm of fitness.   Brent has been working for the NHRC since September 2008.  

Brent presently coaches the Cross Country team at Garden Spot High School as well as the Junior High Track team.

In his leisure time, Brent enjoys competitive road racing, reading and camping. Brent's favorite pastime is playing with his five children, Mackenzie, Lindsey, Kaleigh, Colton and Carter. He and his wife, Kim, reside in New Holland with their children.

Tracy is passionate about fitness and has been involved in aquatics for over 15 years. She is a Red Cross certified Water Safety Instructor, Water Safety Instructor Trainer, Lifeguard Instructor, Lifeguard Instructor Trainer and CPR/First Aid/AED instructor. She also is certified by the Aquatics Exercise Association (AEA) to teach aquatic fitness, and is a Certified Personal Trainer. As an instructor Tracy is great at motivating her class to succeed.

Tracy and her husband Ed have been married for 30 years and lives in Parkesburg, Chester County. They are the parents of six children.

Joyce Dyer joined the NHRC team in April 2008 as the Administrative Assistant. She previously owned and operated New Holland Camera One Hour Lab for 19 years.

Joyce met her husband, Greg, while working for Sperry New Holland in the Purchasing and Inventory Control Departments. They have been married for 28 years and share one daughter, Jennifer, and one grandson, Harry.

Joyce enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandson Harry. She is an avid gardener and bird watcher. She also enjoys machine quilting with friends and loves a good mystery novel. Whenever time permits, Joyce can probably be found traveling the eastern seaboard searching for lighthouses.

Kathy is from Narvon, PA. She attended Garden Spot High School and graduated in 2004. Kathy then attended Kutztown University where she graduated in 2008 with a BSBA in Business Management and a concentration in marketing. She was a four year player on the KU softball team and team captain. When Kathy isn’t at the rec center she enjoys spending time with her three sisters. Kathy also enjoys spending time with her dog, Bambi. In her free time Kathy likes to run, bike, read and spend time outdoors.

Jennifer Francis joined the Rec Center staff in March, 2012. A member since the facility opened in 2009, she is excited to use her Marketing position to share her love of the Rec with the community!

Jennifer graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Sports Marketing. Prior to coming to the Rec, she spent eight seasons with the Wilmington Blue Rocks Baseball Team in various positions, including Director of Group Sales.

An avid sports fan, Jennifer enjoys watching Yankees baseball and Clemson football in her spare time. She, along with husband Chris, also enjoys cheering on their favorite athletes, son Kyle and daughter Kyra. A native of Easton, PA, Jennifer and her family reside in East Earl.
